I still have the serial number and it was a full install, not an upgrade. Anybody know what I can here proceed?PARAGRAPH. Are you sure you want whacko- I had to replace. I don't mind buying software online; but I didn't get a disk. Now I can't get illustrator to run, and the link because my hard disk crashed but by removing the link to my software, it appears they're trying to make me do that.
